The widget name is "Super Twitter Widget"

It’s very easy to configure, you just need few details i,e Twitter Screen Name, Consumer Key and Secret Key

Screen Name : Login to your twitter account and navigate to https://twitter.com/settings/account URL. Copy the Username.

Consumer Key : Navigate to https://dev.twitter.com and Click on Create new APP or Navigate to https://apps.twitter.com/app/new.

After you create your App and click on the App. Goto API Keys Tab. API Key is the consumer key and the API secret is the Secret key.

And fill other details like Title, Number of Tweets and Pause Time (e,g 2000 or 3000 in milliseconds).

Now the widget is configured and ready to use.
